We care about your experience, and we’re committed to making your shopping journey seamless, secure, and satisfying. Here’s everything you need to know:

1. SHIPPING POLICY
We prepare and ship orders within 2–5 business days after your payment is processed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
• U.S. & Puerto Rico: Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
• We currently do not ship internationally, but we hope to expand soon!

2. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love your OLICHY purchase — but if it’s not the right fit, we’re here to help.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and hygiene stickers attached (if applicable).
• Bottoms and sports bras must be tried on with undergarments only for return eligibility.
• Items showing signs of wear, makeup, or damage will not be accepted.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To begin a return or exchange, email us at info@olichy.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
Exchanges: We’re happy to exchange your item if we have your preferred size or style in stock. If not, we’ll issue you store credit for future use.

3. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. If your return doesn’t meet our return standards, we may offer you store credit or send the item back to you.

All items marked Final Sale, or those purchased with a 30% discount or more, are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders ship out within 1-3 business days (unless otherwise advised)
We offer exchanges or store credit only within 7 days delivery.
All items are inspected before we ship them to you. Returned Items must be in SAME condition as you received it. They must NOT be used, washed or altered in any way. We will review its condition & original tags must be on item
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the exchange/credit will become void, and the item/s will be sent back to you.
Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept swimwear with the hygienic sticker still attached .
The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. Its a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of postage.
Exchanges usually take 7-14 days to be received and processed.
